Serpentine Tube Bending Machine
This serpentine tube bending machine is specially designed for continuous serpentine coil forming of metal tubes, widely applied in HVAC, refrigeration, heat exchanger, air conditioner radiator, solar heat collector and cooling system manufacturing.
It supports bending copper tube, aluminum tube, stainless steel tube and carbon steel tube into uniform serpentine wave coils in one continuous process. Equipped with servo drive and PLC control system, the machine realizes automatic feeding, positioning, multi-angle repeated bending and fixed-length cutting without secondary shaping.
Customizable bending pitch, wave height, coil width and bending radius meet different serpentine coil drawing requirements. High-precision bending mold ensures neat tube surface without scratch, deformation or collapse. Integrated safety protection devices reduce operation risks, and touch screen operation greatly lowers technical threshold for workers.
Compared with traditional single bending equipment, this serpentine tube bender greatly improves production efficiency, consistent coil dimensional accuracy and finished product uniformity, ideal for mass production of heat exchange serpentine tubes. Optional automatic loading and unloading mechanism can be equipped to realize fully unmanned production line.
