Tube Bending Die Set

Tube bending die set is the core tooling for CNC automatic pipe bending machines and hydraulic tube benders, widely used for bending carbon steel tubes, stainless steel tubes, aluminum tubes, copper tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes and special-shaped tubes. It effectively avoids tube flattening, inner wrinkling, cracking and distortion during bending and ensures consistent bending accuracy.

The complete tube bending die set consists of the following components:

1. Bending Die The main forming part that defines the bending radius and shapes the arc of the pipe.
2. Clamp Die Works with the bending die to firmly clamp the workpiece and prevent slipping in the bending process.
3. Pressure Die Provides continuous lateral support to the pipe outer wall to minimize tube flattening.
4. Anti-wrinkle Die (Wiper Insert) Installed at the tangent point of the bending arc to eliminate wrinkles on the inner bend of thin-walled tubes.
5. Guide Die Stably guides straight pipe feeding and maintains horizontal positioning of the raw tube.
6. Tube Mandrel Inserted inside the pipe to support the inner wall. Articulated ball mandrels are commonly adopted for thin-wall pipe processing.
