1 Set Customized DW63NC Semi-Automatic Hydraulic tube Bender Successfully Exported to Poland This Month by JIANGSU CLAYTON MACHINERY CO.,LTD

We recently successfully delivered a customized DW63NC semi-automatic pipe bending machine to a client in Poland.

The client required a machine capable of bending 50×2 mm aluminum tubes without leaving surface scratches. To address this specific requirement, we proposed a customized solution based on the DW63NC model, utilizing nylon tooling to prevent the scratching that typically results from metal-on-metal contact between steel dies and aluminum tubes. The client was highly satisfied with our proposal and ultimately selected us as their supplier.

The equipment has arrived at the client’s facility, and we are currently assisting them in optimizing their production efficiency. The client has reported excellent equipment performance, and we are delighted to see our machinery enabling the production of items such as tables, chairs, bed frames, garment racks, and storage shelving.
