Product Introduction
DW75CNC is a single-head hydraulic CNC pipe bender, widely used for bending round metal tubes. It adopts hydraulic power for bending and clamping, matched with servo feeding and rotation axes, which realizes automatic feeding, rotation and bending in one cycle. This machine supports 2A1S configuration (2 servo axes for feeding and rotation, hydraulic bending axis). It can store multiple bending programs, each program supports multiple bends for complex 3D tubular parts.
It is compatible with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper and alloy tubes. It is commonly applied in exhaust pipe, automobile frame, furniture, fitness equipment, ship pipeline, engineering machinery and sanitary pipe processing.
The machine is equipped with an industrial touch screen and PLC control system. Operators can input data by YBC coordinate or XYZ 3D coordinate. It has functions including mandrel control, speed adjustment for each axis, fault alarm, program editing and storage. Optional 3D simulation display and remote diagnostic function are available. Stable hydraulic clamping ensures no tube slipping during bending, effectively reducing tube wrinkling and flattening.
