DW38CNC3A1S CNC Tube Bending Machine
DW38CNC3A1S is a 3-axis servo CNC hydraulic tube bender, specially designed for manufacturing metal chair frames, office chairs and leisure furniture frames. It adopts heavy welded steel frame with stress-relief annealing to guarantee high rigidity for continuous mass production of chair tubing.
The machine uses servo control for X-axis tube feeding, B-axis bending rotation and C-axis tube rotation, while clamping, pressing and boosting movements are driven by stable hydraulic power. It can perform continuous planar and 3D spatial multi-angle bending. It is ideal for bending carbon steel and galvanized round tubes widely used in chair frames, and effectively avoids wrinkling and collapsing on thin-wall furniture tubing.
