Complete tube bending tooling set is core accessory for rotary draw CNC tube bender. Main Components

1. Bend die defines the bending radius of tubes. High precision groove ensures stable forming for metal pipes. Different specifications are selected based on tube size and center line radius.
2. Clamp die firmly grips tube against bend die during bending process. It prevents tube slipping to guarantee bending accuracy.
3. Pressure die applies stable support on tube outer surface. It controls material flow and reduces tube deformation during bending operation.
4. Wiper die eliminates inner wrinkling especially for thin wall tube and tight radius bending. Fine polished surface avoids scratching on workpiece surface.
