This fully automatic CNC tube bending machine is specially engineered for mass production of bicycle handlebars, mountain bike riser bars, road bike flat bars, scooter handle tubes and electric bike steering frames. It processes round aluminum alloy tubes, thin-wall carbon steel tubes and stainless steel tubes — the mainstream raw materials for high-strength, lightweight bike handlebars.
Equipped with multi-axis servo control and intelligent CNC programming system, the machine supports one-time forming of complex multi-angle bends, symmetrical double bends and customized radian shaping. Operators only need to import DXF/CAD drawings of handlebar molds to switch product specifications quickly, which perfectly meets small-batch customized orders and large-scale standardized production simultaneously.
The self-centering hydraulic clamping structure firmly fixes thin-walled tubes without deformation, scratching or indentation. The bending tolerance is controlled within ±0.05mm, ensuring consistent symmetry of left and right handlebars and seamless follow-up welding, polishing, anodizing and painting procedures. Built-in automatic feeding, rotating and discharging functions greatly cut labor dependence; a single worker can operate two or more units to boost output by over 40% compared with traditional semi-automatic benders.
