Q: What materials can this machine cut?
A: It can cut carbon steel tube, galvanized steel tube, stainless steel tube, aluminum alloy tube, copper tube, square tube, rectangular tube and solid round/square bars.

Q: What is the maximum tube diameter?
A: The maximum outer diameter of round tube is Φ120 mm.

Q: What wall thickness can it handle?
A: For carbon steel / galvanized tube, max wall thickness up to 6mm. For stainless steel tube, max wall thickness up to 6mm. Actual cutting thickness depends on saw blade selection and material hardness.

Q: What is the cutting tolerance?
A: Cutting length tolerance is ±0.1 mm for normal batch production.

Q: What is the production capacity per hour?
A: It depends on tube size, wall thickness and cutting length. For small thin-wall tubes like wheelbarrow frame pipes, it can reach 80–120 pieces per hour. For large thick heavy pipes, it is around 20–40 pieces per hour.

Q: Which saw blade is recommended?
A: We recommend HSS M42 saw blade for carbon steel, galvanized steel and stainless steel. For high hardness metal, carbide tipped saw blade is optional. Saw blade range Φ300~Φ350 mm.

Q: Can it cut stainless steel tubes?
A: Yes. It can cut stainless steel tubes. Matching M42 or carbide saw blade and cooling fluid are required for better cutting result.

Q: Does it support automatic feeding?
A: Yes. It adopts CNC servo automatic feeding system. It can realize continuous feeding and batch cutting automatically. Multiple feeding cycles for longer workpieces are supported.

Q: What voltage options are available?
A: Standard voltage is 380V 50Hz. Custom voltage like 220V with 50/60Hz can be customized according to customer’s local requirement.

Q: What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
A: We provide 12-month warranty for the whole machine (excluding wearing parts such as saw blade). We offer online technical support, remote debugging and overseas engineer on-site service if needed. Operation manual and operation video are supplied together with the machine.
