Model: MC425CNC Automatic Tube Cutting Machine + CLD50SA Double End Chamfering Machine
This automated production line combines the MC425CNC CNC tube cutting machine and CLD50SA double-end chamfering machine to realize continuous feeding, precision cutting, automatic double-end chamfering and unloading for metal tubes. It eliminates manual transfer between separate machines, greatly improves production efficiency and workpiece consistency.
The line is widely used for processing carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other metal round tubes, applicable to scaffolding pipes, mechanical structural tubes, automotive fittings, hardware pipe parts and other industries.
The MC425CNC cutting unit adopts CNC servo control, with stable feeding and high cutting precision. It can cut fixed-length tubes in batches with clean cutting surfaces. The matched CLD50SA double-end chamfering machine performs simultaneous inner and outer chamfering on both ends of the cut tube workpiece, removing burrs and achieving uniform chamfer angle. The whole line supports one-button automatic operation, reducing labor cost and avoiding human error.
