Product Overview
DW168CNC is a heavy-duty fully automatic CNC draw-bending machine specially engineered for manufacturing seamless steam boiler tubes, superheater tubes, economizer serpentine coils and heat exchanger pipes used in power plants and industrial boiler systems. It adopts electro-hydraulic servo composite drive, equipped with mandrel bending system to guarantee wrinkle-free, uniform wall thickness for thick-wall boiler steel tubes. This machine realizes automatic tube feeding, rotation and multi-angle continuous bending in one setup, ideal for high-precision boiler pressure pipe fabrication.

Optional mandrel pre-retraction function protects tube inner surface.
